For more than thirty years, Ingrid has worked within the real estate-related industry — managing clubs, communities, overseeing finances, and supporting the people and operations that keep properties thriving. Her background spans real estate, mortgage banking, accounting, and community management, giving her a unique understanding of both the financial and operational sides of real estate.

Before becoming a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Ingrid co-owned and operated a successful management company that oversaw country clubs, golf courses and bundled residential communities across Florida. That experience taught her the value of communication, trust, and precision — qualities that continue to define her professional approach today.

At the heart of Ingrid’s work is a simple goal: to make every real estate experience feel informed, organized, and stress-free. Whether she’s managing details behind the scenes or guiding clients through the process, her calm professionalism and attention to detail set her apart.
